Welcome to PharmaNony. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PharmaNony application and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

PharmaNony provides the following services:

• Cycle Tracking: Tools to log and track menstrual cycles, symptoms, and moods
• Predictions: AI-based cycle predictions based on your logged data
• Health Insights: Analysis of your cycle patterns and health trends
• Educational Content: Health articles and educational resources from trusted sources
• Pharmacy: E-commerce platform for health and wellness products

Our services are provided "as is" and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

To use PharmaNony, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Complete age verification when creating an account
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Cycle predictions are estimates based on patterns and may not be accurate
• The app should not be used as contraception or to prevent pregnancy
• Information provided is for educational purposes only
• You should consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice
• We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on app data

If you experience a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

When you create an account with PharmaNony:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One account per person; multiple accounts are not permitted

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use automated means to access the service without permission
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Collect or harvest any information from other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Sell, transfer, or sublicense your account

Our Content: All content, features, and functionality of PharmaNony, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of PharmaNony and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any health data and content you submit to the service. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve our services.

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or content without our prior written consent.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

For purchases made through our Pharmacy:

• All prices are listed in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes
• Payment is processed securely through our payment partners (Stripe, PayPal)
• Orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Refund policies are subject to our return policy and applicable law

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• PHARMANONY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
• WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY HEALTH DECISIONS MADE BASED ON APP DATA

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PharmaNony, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in your settings or by contacting us.

By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending an email notification for significant changes

Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Accra, Ghana.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PharmaNony regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
