Common Questions
How do I track my cycle?
Navigate to the Calendar page and click on the days you had your period. You can also log symptoms and moods from the Log page.
Is my data private?
Yes! We use AES-256-GCM encryption to protect your data. We never sell your information or share it with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I change my password?
Go to your Profile page and scroll to the Security section. Enter your current password and your new password to update it.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Visit the Insights page and click "Export CSV" or "Export PDF" to download your cycle data.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and find "Delete All Data" under Privacy & Security. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.
